Vasectomy Cost
$690 promotional price for self-pay vasectomy patients. When scheduling a vasectomy, the entire $690 must be prepaid when scheduling.

Vasectomy Reversal Cost
$2990 (all inclusive) for the reversal: $2800 procedure fee plus $190 consultation fee. A non-refundable deposit of $990 is required when scheduling the vasectomy reversal procedure and the final payment of $2000 is due 7 days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $990.00 deposit will not be refunded.
