Vasectomy Reversal Cost

Vasectomy Cost
$690 promotional price for self-pay vasectomy patients. The full payment of $690 is required at the time of scheduling. Please note that we reserve the right to return to the original price of $790 at any time. For more details, please refer to the Vasectomy Payment Policy
