Vasectomy Reversal Cost

$3190 (all inclusive) for the reversal: $3000 procedure fee plus $190 consultation fee. A non-refundable deposit of $990 is required when scheduling the vasectomy reversal procedure and the final payment of $2200 is due 7 business days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $990.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Vasectomy Cost
